THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING MY
PORTRAIT SERVICES. Following are ways in which you may be asked to participate
in the creation of your portrait.
FIRST, either provide photos of
your subject or arrange for a sitting in the artist's studio. Please print out
this form, fill it out and mail it to the artist with your photos and your first
check. One third of the commisson price is due at this time.
SECOND, Cindy will e-mail you a
sketch of the proposed painting for your approval. This is your last chance to
suggest changes! Second payment should be mailed upon sketch approval.
THIRD, delivery of the finished
portrait and final payment.

PAYMENT: One third is due at the
commission of the portrait, one third upon approval of the sketch, and one third
upon the portrait's completion. The above prices cover artist's cost of supplies
and equipment. The price does not include a frame or travel expenses.

Visionary Portrait is a
Traditional portrait of you with additional inspired images. This portrait not
only looks like you, but it reflects your true inner beauty and divinity. Your portrait
may contain some of the following: your personal symbols, objects, shapes,
colors, flowers, animals, birds, angelic images.
HOW DOES CINDY CREATE
YOUR VISIONARY PORTRAIT? After praying and meditating, Cindy asks for guidance
from the subject's Angels. While creating the Portrait, Cindy begins to
intuitively receive images which hold special meaning for the subject.

from Cindy: How to use your portrait: “Meditating while looking at your
Portrait will help you discover hidden aspects of yourself…those special Divine
qualities that make you unique and special. As I create your Portrait, I begin
not only to receive images that are special for you, but I also begin to see

To order a Visionary Portrait--
Please send me a couple of clear photos of yourself (at least one close-up head
shot) along with your date of birth, and eye color.
If the portrait is of someone other than you, please send several good photos of
the subject, along with birthday and eye color.

Visa/MasterCard/Discover, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks.
At least 1/2 down payment
is required before I begin working on your portrait. All photos will be returned
with the finished painting. Call me or email me with credit card info. Receive
10% off with payment in full at time of order.
Premiere Visionary Portrait Packages
include: Cindy’s husband, Award-Winning composer/musician Michael Fess will
compose your very own balancing music on a CD. Note: While I paint your
portrait, Michael will tune into your energy and compose a very special piece
of music, just for you. The CD will have its own cover with your name in the
design. Note: Michael will own the rights to this music and can use this music
at any time for other projects, but it will always be dedicated to you! Please
